Krystal Clear Solutions (KCS) is a Project Management Firm committed
to help organizations plan strategically, secure funding, and execute with
clarity. We specialize in project management, grant writing, and the
development, implementation, and evaluation of private, public, and
social impact programs.
Founded and led by Dr. Krystal Logan, DPA, a seasoned project manager with
over 10 years of experience, KCS was created to bring actionable clarity to
organizations ready to grow. Dr. Krystal is also the proud co-founder of the
nonprofit Legacy Network Foundation, and her mission-driven mindset is
reflected in every aspect of KCS's work.
Dr. Logan holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Tougaloo College. She also earned a Master’s in Public Policy and Administration from Jackson State University, a Master’s in Public Administration from Belhaven University, and a Master’s in Digital Entrepreneurship from Strayer University. She earned a Doctorate in Public Administration from Walden University. Her academic and professional journey has been rooted in service, systems, and sustainable change.
